Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) supports woodland health and wellbeing activities in Gwynedd as part of our Actif Woods Wales programme.

Join us for woodland activities

Actif Woods Healthy and Active woodland activity sessions

25th September, 11am – 1pm

Location: Ynysmaengwyn Woodland, Tywyn
‘Healthy and Active’ woodland activity session for anyone with a mental or physical health condition.  We will be running lots of activities such as fire-cooking, bushcraft, plant and species identification and much more.  Sessions will be focussed around Physical activity, Nutrition and Woodland Skills.

Dolgellau Group – last Friday of every month

Next session: Last Friday of every month, at Coed Aberneint (Pandy Woods)

Location: Dolgellau, 11-1pm

Woodland Activity Event, funded by Healthy and Active.

The first Friday of every month, 11-1pm

Location: Nursery Woods, Tremadog
The sessions will be based around Woodland Skills, Physical activity and Nutrition, so we’ll be doing some foraging, plant identification and lots of fire cooking! The funding is aimed at anyone with a mental or physical health condition.  Come along and havs a panad and a chat in a friendly, relaxed environment!  If it rains, we have shelter!
