Flintshire is one of the new project areas we are started some work in in 2016. Rod, who is also the mentor for Wrexham, is now mentoring Flintshire. Contact email@example.com if you are interested in being involved in the Flintshire project; either as a partner organisation, participant or woodland activity provider. You can also call Rod at the Woodland Skills Centre on 01745 710626.
Two programmes are running at the moment (both closed groups):
- Flintshire Local Voluntary Council in conjunction with Flintshire MIND. This group is meeting for 1 day a week for 8 weeks at the Woodland Skills Centre and are doing the John Muir Award and also an OCN in Coppice Products.
- Flintshire Active Inclusion Project is running an 8 week course for young adults who are not in work or employment. The group will be carrying out voluntary work in the Warren Woods.
