Restoring the link between people and woodlands

Dyfi Biosphere Outdoor Health

Coed Lleol are working in partnership with Ecodyfi to build a collaborative network of health, environmental & tourism practitioners in the Dyfi Biosphere area. We aim to:

  • Increase social prescribing opportunities & pilot outdoor nature-based activities;
  • Bring health & well-being opportunities to local people;
  • Improve the local environment.

The project is offering free outdoor activities (postponed):

  • Wednesday Walking;
  • Nature Discovery;
  • Outdoor Craft;
  • Gardening on Tuesdays or Thursdays;
  • Time with Animals.

Due to the current lockdown across the UK we are working to switch to online delivery of our woodland wellbeing sessions. Please help shape our online delivery by filling out a very short survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CoedLleolSurvey

In the meantime, we are sharing all sorts of tips and ideas to connect to nature in these unusual times. You can find us here:
