Actif Woods Activity Ideas

On this page are ideas for activities for use with groups in a woodland setting, particularly suitable for groups of adults with or at risk of chronic physical or mental ill health, but also suitable for other groups such as family activities.  From mindfulness walks to Haw ketchup making, these sheets provide a structured plan for a successful activity with top tips and timescales for ease of use.
