Environment Agency Wales Environment Agency Wales Environment Agency Wales is in a special position - it is an Assembly Sponsored Public Body (ASPB), while also being part of the corporate Environment Agency for England and Wales.

As an ASPB, we obtain much of our funding and direction from the Welsh Assembly Government, and report back to them. As part of the dynamic Welsh environmental sector we are able to pursue, in partnership with others, innovative solutions that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of Wales.

   
Wales Biodiversity Partnership

This website is aimed at both practitioners and the public involved in Biodiversity Action across Wales. It will act as a focus point for Welsh biodiversity action, events and general information and will be constantly evolving.

   
Tir Gofal Tir Gofal, a whole farm agri-environment scheme for Wales, encourages farmers throughout Wales to maintain and enhance the agricultural landscape and its wildlife and to provide new opportunities for people to visit the countryside. It replaces the previous schemes such as Environmentally Sensitive Areas and Tir Cymen, and takes forward the experience gained in a single whole farm scheme
   
Meirionnydd Oakwoods A Partnership to care for the Oak Woodlands of Meirionnydd, promoting their importance to the local community, their visitors, the economy and the environment.
   
Tourism Partnership Mid Wales The Partnership acts as an enabling and commissioning body by working closely with its partners, the three Local Authorities, two National Parks, tourism businesses and the WTB.
   
Capital Region Tourism CRT acts as the lead body for tourism in South East Wales. This area is defined as the Counties and Borough Counties of: Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen, the Vale of Glamorgan.
   
South West Wales Tourism Partnership SWWTP acts as the lead body for tourism in South West Wales. The South West Wales region comprises of the Unitary Authority areas of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and the City and County of Swansea. The region also takes in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and parts of the Brecon Beacons National Park
   
Tourism Partnership North Wales TPNW acts as a lead body for tourism in North Wales. This area is defined as the counties of: Anglesey, Gwynedd (excluding Meirionnydd), Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.
